Dan established his practice in 1990, focusing on electric utility, natural resource and water law issues.
He became a Certified Fraud Examiner in 2010 and expanded his practice by providing fact-finding and investigative services to bankruptcy trustees, law firms, business trade associations and others.
In 2019, Dan became a Fellow at the Singapore Institute of Arbitrators, where he offers fact-finding services to law firms as they seek to resolve commercial disputes.
