BPA Watch was published between 2007-2015 by Daniel Seligman, who worked for two decades on behalf of publicly-owned electric utilities in the region. He paid for the preparation and maintenance of the website, and wrote 10 detailed newsletters during its existence. See below. The website is now inactive.
